With its super high pressure common rail, mutistage injection and efficient supercharge, 6U engine maxiumly increases the power and torque of unit displacement, some 10% higher than same type of domestic vehicles. It features light weight and small size and fuel saving. Matched with 12 and 9 speed transmissions, this engine exert great power in all kind of road conditions.

This engine is extremely reliable. Under normal usage and maintenance, there is no need of overhaul within 1,300,000km. This saves costs for users. This engine is equipped with world advanced technologies like super high pressure common rail, multistage injection and electronic controlled Variable Area Turbocharger system etc. It saves fuel 10% more than same type of domestic vehicles.


Electrically-controlled common-rail injection systems

Newly superhigh pressure of common-rail injection system spray pressure can be reach to 200Mpa(domestic engine were to be 160-180Mpa) with precision electrical controlled realised one recycle with 5 class fuel spray,resulte for better atomization,complete buring and lower emission as well as provide power performance,fuel economy meantime improved to super low noise.

The frame is of high bearing capacity : the mop head frame adopts the 285 ×85×7 specifications；flat width ladder structure, abdominal height 285mm, thickness of plate 7mm. The chassis frame adopt 320×90×8 specification, flat width ladder structure and local reinforcement. Abdominal height 285mm, thickness of plate 8mm can meet the requirements of heavy load and various modifications.

Axle

using the world's most advanced forging equipment and technology to produce the whole end punch type F075 front axle, which is with high carrying capacity of maximum load 6.3 T. The quality is stable and reliable.

RT130/RT260 rear axle is produced by the world most advanced production lines and processes including punching,welding, machining and assembly. Single axle bears as much as 13Ton and double axles bear 21Ton which fully meets the requirement of customers.
